PHASE TWO CONSTRUCTION HAS STARTED

1st August 2016 - In the summer of 2016 we began construction of phase two of the Tulipa Třebešín Project. Those interested in purchasing a new phase two apartment in the Tulipa Třebešín Project can register with us and subsequently will be the first to receive an offer from us. The official launch of the sale is scheduled for September 2016.

A total of 125 housing units will be available in each building, with the prevailing apartment layout of 2+kk (1 bedroom) and 3+kk (2 bedrooms).

The architectural concept of phase two is once again based on the design work of Ing. arch. Diana Hocková from the STRAET ARCHITECTS Studio. The urban plan has been conceived as semi-enclosed blocks with terraces sloping down to the south.

Terraces covered in greenery and a man-made undulating terrain with mature trees and shrubbery will impart the area between the residential blocks with a fresh and pleasant look. The buildings will stand 9 storeys high.
